The 16.2-ounce peppermint bark collection is a seasonal chocolate option for a winter treat plate. Keep the collection’s current package visible so guests can identify the included varieties.

Arrange a small selection of candy on a dessert table, coffee station or reception counter rather than opening the entire supply at once. A mixed assortment can offer variety for a gathering, while a single flavor makes it easier to plan a themed treat bowl. Use a clean serving dish and suitable utensils when guests will share an open container.

Check the package before assuming pieces are individually wrapped or suitable for a particular dietary need. Chocolate assortments can contain different fillings, nuts or other ingredients, and the composition may vary between packages. Keep the ingredient and allergen information available for guests, especially when putting loose pieces into a serving bowl. Do not describe an assortment as allergen-free without the manufacturer’s explicit labeling.

Store candy according to its package directions, away from excess heat, moisture and strong odors. Chocolate can soften or be damaged during warm conditions, so choose a serving location away from direct sun or a hot appliance. Reclose the package as directed between uses and check the freshness date when rotating supplies. Estimate quantities from the stated count or net weight, allowing for the fact that piece size and guest preferences affect how quickly a bowl is used.

Before choosing quantities, compare this package with what you already have available. Set aside suitable storage space and plan how the contents will be used across your upcoming meals, gatherings or regular routine. Package size, container count and individual portion size mean different things, so use the product title and current label together when comparing options.
