At Crabtree Retail & Supply, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Most unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Food and beverages that have been opened.
- Perishable goods.
- Personal care or hygiene products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your claim and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide return shipping at no cost.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
Local Delivery & Pickup
For local delivery orders, please inspect your items upon delivery.
For local pickup orders, please inspect your items before leaving the pickup location. Once accepted, only defective or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.
